FABRICATION FACILITIES

Our fabrication facility is well equipped with fully automatic CNC Plasma Cutting and bending machines to process all types of sections plates.

The Fabrications facility is installed with state- of – the- art material handling system with cross bay trolleys, using two overhead cranes and two goliath crane with 10 MT handling capacity safety and efficient.

We are having HD quality of Plate Cutting .

CNC OXY-FULE CUTTING MACHINE

The Oxy-fuel cutting machine CNC based control one torch with profile cutting machine. We are cutting 32 to 200 MM by ocy-fule cutting operation.

3. Cutting Thickness: 32 mm to 200 mm

CNC BENDING MACHINE

We are having CNC plate bending facility.

1. Capacity: 380 Tones

2. Bending Length: 5.2 MTR

3. Bending Thickness: (2 to 12) MM

4. Monthly production Capacity: 100MT

SAW WELDING

SAW Machine is mainly used for automatic submerged arc welding for H and I profile sections, the automatic bidirectional guide-arc device adopts the straight line guide so it can achieve high accurate dynamic tracing for seams welding with Specification of – 1000 Amps.

CNC and VMC

We are having 8 CNC, 3 VMC and 2 SPM. All CNC and VMC ACE Micromatic make. CNC having 200 MM Chuck Dia. And VMC bed size is (800*450*500) MM with pallet changer.
